Physiotherapist wanted

At Niche Physio, we’re about more than just work. We’re about building a team of people who genuinely care about what they do and want to grow together. We’re looking for someone who wants to make a real impact in the community and grow alongside us. If you’re passionate about your profession and eager to develop, this is the place for you.

  • Career Growth & Development

We believe that growth comes from both hands-on experience and continuous learning. You won’t just be working in your role—you’ll be growing in it. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the latest frameworks from Curtin University’s Master’s of Physiotherapy program and I’ll be here to support your development with mentorship that’s built on real-world experience. Whether you’re looking to develop your skills in musculoskeletal care or explore new areas of interest, we’ll help you get there.

  • Rural Health West Scholarship

We’re also proud to offer access to the Rural Health West Scholarship, which provides up to $10,000 per year for ongoing education. This scholarship is perfect for those who want to further their training in areas like pain management, Parkinson's care, osteoarthritis treatment, and more. It’s an opportunity to build on what you already know and take your skills to the next level. It is what paid for me to do the musculoskeletal titling through Curtin University’s masters program and continues to fund my education yearly.

  • Mentorship & Learning Opportunities

You won’t be alone in your learning. We offer a supportive environment where you can learn from both Nick and a network of Perth-based physios and be part of a team that values continuous development. We’re here to make sure you have the resources and support you need to grow, both professionally and personally. If you can’t learn it directly from Nick we will match you with someone who can teach what you want to learn.

  • Experience Rural Health While Living in Perth

Living in Perth but working in Moora means you get the best of both worlds. You will spend 2 nights a week in Moora and the rest of your time is in Perth. Enjoy the vibrancy of city life whilst experiencing the calm of the country and working with a diverse group of clients. It’s an opportunity to make a difference where it really counts without losing the connection to the lifestyle you love.

  • Variety of Clients

Every day at Niche Physio is different. You’ll work with people from all walks of life—athletes, older adults, farmers, people managing chronic conditions, and Indigenous communities. This variety ensures that you’re always learning, facing new challenges and making a positive impact on people’s lives.

  • Competitive Salary and Commission Structure

We value your hard work, and we want you to feel rewarded for it. Our commission structure is designed to recognise your dedication and ensure that your efforts are rewarded. Reach out to our team to find out the salary bands and commission bands you can expect whilst working with us.
