Strength and conditioning classes are small-group, physio-led sessions focused on building strength, fitness and resilience. With a maximum of 6 participants, classes allow for close supervision while maintaining a motivating group environment. Expect a mixture of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and functional exercises using weights, cardio equipment and more, with all exercises tailored to your current capacity and goals.
