Clinical Exercise
3 participants per class
Clinical exercise combines the best of clinical pilates, targeted strengthening exercises, balance, control and mobility. In Physio led classes, each participant is given individualised exercises suitable to their capabilities and desired goals. Expect a mixture of exercises utilising reformers, trapeze tables, weights training and more.

Strength & Conditioning
6 participants / class
strength and conditioning classes are small-group, physio-led sessions focused on building strength, fitness and resilience. With a maximum of 6 participants, classes allow for close supervision while maintaining a motivating group environment. Expect a mixture of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and functional exercises using weights, cardio equipment and more.

Age care and parkinsons
6 participants / class
Our aged care and Parkinson’s classes focus on improving strength, balance, mobility and confidence with movement to support independence and quality of life. In small, physio-led classes, each participant is guided through individualised exercises suited to their abilities and goals. Expect a mixture of strength, balance, walking and functional movement exercises designed to improve day-to-day function and reduce falls risk.
